Is your business a national chain?

Not at all. Our family has lived and been part of this great community for over 10 years. We decided to start Super Bounce because there was a lack of fun party places in Salem. Our goal is to be a positive impact in the community by providing a family-friendly place for children.

Are these giant inflatables safe?

Yes. These are industrial, commercial-class inflatables built using lead-free vinyl. Our top-quality inflatables conform to and are in accordance with the US Consumer Product Safety Improvement ACT (CPSIA) of 2008. Safety is our number one priority at Super Bounce.

Are the inflatables clean?

We take pride in keeping Super Bounce clean and germ-free, therefore, all of our inflatables and bathrooms are sanitized on a daily basis! As an added measure you will also find hand sanitizer dispensers placed abundantly throughout our facility.

Are socks required to play?

Yes, for safety and sanitary purposes Super Bounce requires socks to be worn by all participants.  If you forgot to wear socks, no need to panic, we have socks for sale at the front desk!

Do I have to fill out a waiver?

Yes, a parent or guardian must complete a waiver prior to entering the play area. This is required to participate at Super Bounce. There will be no exceptions. *Click here for a copy of the waiver.

Is there an age/ height limit?

Super Bounce is suitable for children 16 years and younger. We also recommend that children are at least 36 inches to play on the equipment. If your child is under the height minimum for the 24′ slide, we will ask that they play on our other inflatables. No exceptions – this is for the safety of your child.

Our team will actively monitor participation within each bouncer for maximum safety as the weight, height, and number of riders specified on each inflatable bouncer should not be exceeded.

Are adults allowed to jump on the inflatables?

No. Adults entering the inflatable is ONLY for supervision of toddlers or special needs participants who need the direct supervision of a parent/adult.

Adults ARE NOT allowed to freely jump on the bouncers, NO EXCEPTIONS. Parents are expected to be aware of and enforce all posted signs and rules.  Your children’s safety is our priority.  Please contact our staff for any additional clarifications.

Can we just come in and play?

You are welcome to come in and play during our scheduled “open bounce/rotation bounce” times. Please see our home page for up-to-date schedule information.

What is the difference between “Rotation Bounce” and “Open Bounce?

We have two different bounce rooms with multiple inflatables in each. During “Open Bounce” we have both sides open and kids can play freely between the two rooms. During “Rotation Bounce” we have one side available to bounce and we will switch you to the other side on the half-hour. Please note that this is limited and we will enforce our building capacity limits.

I don’t want to book a party, but I want to bring in a group of kids to play.  Is this allowed?

Yes, the more the merrier! However, you should always make sure to call for availability or check our schedule for hours. Outside food and cakes are also not permitted.


Party Questions:

Is a deposit required when I am booking my party? What if I need to reschedule?

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable with credit, debit, or cash on the day of your party. We require a 14-day notice if you need to reschedule your party. Your party must be rescheduled within 12 months of the original party date. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry — no exceptions).

Do I get private access to both bounce rooms?

All parties are private but we do not rent out the whole facility (both bounce rooms) for one party, unless you pay for it. All parties will get private access in one room for half an hour and switch into the other room once that half an hour is done. By the end of your jumping time, your party should have jumped in both rooms for a total of an hour of bouncing.

Do I have to know my exact head count and other options when I reserve my party?

No. We will call you about 2–3 days before your scheduled party date to confirm your head count. You can place an order for food and other add-ons at that time, too. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure your spot.

Do parents count as party participants?

Parents do not count as participants. They are welcome to watch their kids from the outside of the inflatables but we do not allow adults inside the inflatables UNLESS the parent is assisting a participating toddler or special needs child. Also, please keep in mind that we do have limited capacity in our party rooms and would ask that space be allocated for participating children.

Can we have the bounce room for longer than our time slot?

Yes, extra time in the party room can be reserved for an additional fee but it should be confirmed ahead of time with us to make sure there is availability. We will also go over pricing at that time.

Can we bring additional decorations for the party room?

No messy or dangerous party supplies can be brought into the party rooms. Please contact us before bringing decorations to see if they are allowed. Examples of items that can be brought in are balloons (latex free), party hats and table cloths.

Can we bring confetti to our party?

We do not allow confetti into our building. Your party will be subjected to a $50.00 cleanup fee if confetti is found within the room.

Can I bring in a piñata?

Due to safety reasons, we do not allow pinatas inside the building.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

You are welcome to bring in your own cake.  However, if you would like to serve a meal, you will need to order from our menu. We have relationships with local restaurants to cater food. The food will be delivered hot and fresh right when you are leaving your bounce room, so the meal will be ready when you are. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED EXCEPT FOR CAKE/CUPCAKE, NO ICE CREAM.

My kids have special dietary needs, can we order something else?

Yes, please call or email us and we will make every attempt to accommodate your needs.

If I am bringing in my own cake, do I need to bring in my own plates and napkins?

No. We provide all of the paper products if you purchase food items through us. However, feel free to bring in your own supplies for the cake to match your party preferences.  We will provide knife for cake cutting.

Can I order extra pizza or other food once my party has begun?

Yes. However,  we cannot ensure that the food will be made in time based on when you notify us. We do not maintain extra food products at the Super Bounce premises—it’s all ordered and served fresh!
